Oie Srithonchin & Andrea Sullivan set up The Purple Orchid in 2009 catering for parties, business meetings and corporate events as well as teaching people how to cook authentic Thai food. Through expansion into chilled and frozen meals the name was changed to The Thai Food Company, offering a complete range of traditional and innovative Thai cuisine.
